The Wonderful World of... the basic tees! (part I)

Hello! I'm sorry for the lack of posts lately. I'm going to start a new series, and it's going to be called the Wonderful World! I will tell you ways to look fashionable without putting a big effort, perfect for school days or crazy days when you don't have the time to think about an outfit.

Today I'm going to talk you about the basic tees, it's a must for everyone, plus you can find them everywhere and they are not expensive. I would recommend you if you don't have any, get the basic colors, like white, black, grey and brown, those colors would be perfect for every outfit! if you are like me and you don't want your outfit to be so simple you can go with a statement necklace and bracelets! or... your shoes! do you own a pair of sparkly or very colorful shoes? that would be the key to make your outfit simple and cute at the same time :) -In the next post I will give you an outfit idea.-

Are your jeans too big now?

I have a pair of jeans that don't fit me the way that I want. They are too baggy, I used to wear them baggy because I liked it, now I don't like them but I still don't want to get rid of them! Yesterday I came out with this idea, if you have a pair of jeans too baggy why don't you make them into boyfriend jeans? i don't own any pair with this cut, so it's a good way to recicle your own clothes! what you have to do is only roll up both legs of your jeans and vòila! you have a new pair of jeans! so what can you wear with them? I would say that if you want a more girly style go with platforms or heels and a cute t-shirt, also with flats and sandals would look really cute too! You can wear a cute flannel or shirt, and I think it would look really cute too with a blazer and a beautiful t-shirt. Do you want to wear them with a messy look? go with Converse! very cute outfit for those lazy days.

Get ready for back to school!

The whole last week I have been without Internet because I went on holiday with my family and I wanted to disconnect before school starts. Today I'm going to tell you some of my tips that help me to get ready for back to school.

1. Clean your room. I think this is one of the most important things for me, because I'm not very organized, if you start school with your room organized and clean that will help you because you won't have to worry when the classes start and you don't have time to clean it! :)

2. Clean your closet and get ready for fall. I like to clean my closet because I can find cute things that I haven't worn, I put those things together and when I don't have anything to do I think about how can I style them! It's still very hot where I live, so I may wait a few weeks to do this :)

3. Get a new haircut! I always go to the hairdresser's before school starts, so I can start with a new look. This year I don't know what I'm going to do with my hair, but I think that I'm going to cut the ends and give my hair more volume.

4. Go shopping. The back to school shopping is a classic, you can buy school supplies or clothes, whatever you need for this new year of school. (I rather buy clothes than school supplies... haha)

5. Make space for your new books. I don't know about you but we have books, we don't have computers to bring to school and bring them back home, so this is very important because you will need to know where are you going to do your homework and study and where are you going to put all the books that you need for school.

6. Don't stress! School is going to start but that doesn't mean that you have to sacrifice your social life. Get organized, study and do your homework everyday!

I know that many of you have already started school, but you can still do this if you have time! :) I hope these tips helped you! :)

Dolce & Gabanna and Hannah Montana!

The other day I was looking at the Dolce & Gabanna Fall 2011 collection and it reminded me about something... I started I thinking about it and I realised that it reminded me about Hannah Montana! yes, Hannah Montana, the girl who was a normal student but then at night was a superstar, well, I'm a huge fan of the show so I love looking at the photoshoots and I found that the Dolce & Gabanna collection would be inspired in Hannah Montana! I don't think so, but the style looks very similar!
